Shared among the five occupants of the flat, the kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, a fridge and a stove. The kitchen has dedicated storage shelves for each room. The fridge is also organised in order to provide personal storage areas.
Bathroom
Bathroom 1 is shared among rooms 1 and 2. Bathroom 2 is shared among rooms 3, 4 and 5. Each bathroom features dedicated storage shelves for each room.

Orchard 13 is located on the first floor of a small condominium of 4 flats.
